Description

The Dairy is one of three holiday properties at Smiths Farm, a non-working farm accessed at the end of a private driveway. The farmland and woods are a haven for wildlife including deer, badgers, foxes and buzzards. Although you are in a countryside location, Lyme Regis and Charmouth are just a couple of miles away so you are never far from a sandy beach. It will be difficult to pull yourself away from the beautiful countryside though as you will be staying in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You are right on the border between Devon and Dorset with Somerset not too far away to the north so it makes for an excellent location to explore all three counties, some wonderful countryside, quaint villages and the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

The accommodation at The Dairy comprises of an open plan living area with a large lounge/dining area with TV, DVD player and WiFi and French doors leading outside. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox and range of utensils and accessories. Bedroom one has a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom two is arranged as a twin but can also be made up as a super king-size double as well so please state your preferences when booking. The en-suite bathroom also has shower over bath, basin and toilet and there is a separate shower room with shower, basin and toilet.

Outside you have a private patio complete with furniture. There is off road parking for up to two cars. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
